Shana Lawlor is the President of the Board of Health Tech-X. She is a 3x Founder and CEO, the Founding Managing Partner of 2Raze, the Founder of Digital Health Angels and a “Trending 40 Power Woman in DC Tech.”
Dale C. Van Demark is a Partner in the Health Practice at McDermott Will & Emery. He works at the forefront of strategic transactions and digital health matters in the health, life sciences and technology industries.
DR. GOPAL BAJAJ MD
Adam R. Marks is a Partner in the Health Practice at McDermott Will & Emery. He represents hospitals, health systems, and other health industry providers and investors in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations and joint ventures.
Dr. Bajaj is the President of Radiation Oncology Associates, PC and the emeritus Chairman and Medical Director of the Department for Advanced Radiation Oncology and Proton Therapy for the Inova Schar Cancer Institute, having served in this role from 2014-2020.

Digital Health Angels is stage agnostic. Funding ranges between $40K and $150K. We hold meetings every two weeks. The window to submit your information for review closes each Tuesday by COB.
